This weekend I’m going to make some marmalade.

I’ve actually been talking about making some since last weekend, but this morning my favourite online kitchen shop YuppieChef emailed out their monthly Spatular magazine with what on it?

A Marmalade recipe of course.

I’ll take it as a sign!

Now … if only I had a beautiful Le Creuset Mamalade Jar to put it in…
